When i started coaching i treated the little league teams like they were the New York Yankees. They were everything to me. When I opened my first facility i couldn’t even afford to support my family. My best friend bought groceries for my family every week. It wasn’t long before the facility failed and i decided to go out on my own.

For the last decade i have spent every waking hour researching how the arm works, what the elites do better than everyone else and how to create those movements in players. The thousands of hours I have spent experimenting with players has brought me to many core principles that I live by when training players as well as many drills, feels, thoughts and cues that have gotten guys to move better and get results.

At the end of the day the best way for everyone to become a better coach is by reps and experience. But we want to give you a kickstart.
