Tony is also widely regarded as one of the best mental/visual performance coaches in the game. After deeply exploring the field of player development, he discovered many of the current visual training aids and concepts to be insufficient and outdated. As a result, he put together some amazing concepts in the area of visual psychology that have aided Team USA softball in winning a gold medal, as well as several MLB teams and colleges including last year’s national champion, LSU
